  shocking service. The price of one of the instrument parts was more than twice that of another bricks n motor seller in Perth. In respect to poor service - I asked to wait on hold to speak to the appropriately qualified person (don't expect much from the person answering the phone) shortly after I was ordered that I could no longer wait on hold and that I would have my call returned. This never transpired. Take your business somewhere else where they will appreciate you and your money.
